I've played in the creative field most of my life, as a fashion designer and stylist. Early childhood educator a little.

My primary interest is creative intelligence, consciousness and exploring its potential as a human.

This was awakened in me by my boys who were high energy joy junkies, that I had no idea how to live with, as they did't fit into the boxes of the world. Both are grown men now. Its though the research I did for them, that I came across consciousness trying to understand all of the dynamics with these two who I adored with my whole being.

As they showed me what life can be like, I joined them.

Then being an energy buzz box, with a high level of curiosity, I explored consciousness and embodiment for the last 15 years. I just needed to know why are things the way they are and what is it that is hppening in me, through actual experience.

Eventually nothing was left to explore. I got to the point of the only thing left was to teach it.

In 2023 I stepped into a project management role for a renovation of an apartment building project. Thrown right into the fire of the creative field, where I saw most people dysregulated, anxious dragged around in chaos. Which made making things happen a mess and what seemed a continual prolonging.

That process bought out a sense of I can not stand on this planet one more day unless I am teaching or facilitating on aliveness and wellbeing.

So it began with yoga laughter as laughter immediately transforms, no one in my area was teaching it so I became a facilitator.

Then the next clue was breathwork as it was no longer spiritual but mainstream and happening on my beach. As I asked to facilitate it they needed a certificate, so I found someone who can tech it from the sacred.

That then led to kundalini activation training that I immediately knew was for me with another teacher from the sacred. As my kundalini was awakened many years a go through all the gradual self inquiry, books and application I did, so to share that energy was a total yes.

Than it was Light codes™ and as light language was already happening, after mystery school and deep archetypal work a few years back. I was curious to explore it further and was absolutely delighted that we can use it as a modality with light to work with the energy body and transmute everything.

The next was Superconscious creational coaching. Everything that I had lived was packaged and delivered in total resonance in this certification, of course it was a yes.

Incredible what can happen when we truly decide.

Now Im set to complete my masters in breathwork, as I find it to be the foundation to all things and our closest friend and get deeper into trauma processing.

Also in training for deeper somatic work and awakening the senses through dance and sensuality that I know I need to teach.
