

Somatic Embodiment
Our natural way of living in essence, is through the senses.
It's how we experience our world. Particularly the felt sense, is how we experience the world within. Somatic is the soma, energy and body as one, feeling the body from within. Being in touch with subtleness and gentleness once again.
Embodiment is allowing all of life to be seen and experienced fully in the body. Creating that spaciousness.
Yet, once we go in the body we discover all sorts of stagnancy, preventing us to live well and causing dis-ease. These sessions are all about your inner landscape that is usually crying out to us, to give it our attention. The fulfilment in the somatic body is incredible. As well as its releasing ability. Reminds us the power of simple joy, as nourishment.
These sessions are slow deep felt movements that allow the body to begin to release stuck places or old memories. The movement is all about how the body wants to move from the inside rather than what it looks like on the outside. Which is introspection. We also practice where the body is located in the space we are, which is proprioception.
These are held in group sessions, one on one, in person or on zoom.
